My day out.

After being couped up in the HomeEc building during the winter months... I finally decided I needed to get out. With Brenda out on Fridays, I took this opportunity to explore Nashville.

The computers in the lobby helped me plan my day. I decided to grab a bite to eat and then head down to the river front.

I was able to borrow a car from one of the MIS developers. With keys in hand I greeted the cold winter weather excited that my adventure was about to begin.

But first I needed to grab some food. I decided to check out the restaurants on 21st next to the village.

This place claims to serve the 'Perfect Pizza'. I'm not sure about the perfect part. Maybe 'Adequate Pizza' would be a better name.

Now that my belly was full it was time to hit the streets. I was lucky enough to find a parking spot right across from the Hard Rock Cafe.

The view of the river with L.P. Field in the background was beautiful. Go Titans!

Being a huge county music fan I decided to check out the Charley Daniels Museum. They even had guitars that my fins could almost wrap around.

Most people don't know this, but I'm really into local music. Here I am with Mr. Purple Hood. He was rockin' the sidewalks.

Of course I like the blues as well.

After smelling paint fumes and listening to Brenda fuss at a squad I can't name, it was good to get out. I hope to take more outings in the future. Feel free to invite me to lunch sometime.
